As of yesterday, we have now purchased 2 Honda 4-wheelers and a Honda motorcyle - all new - from Turner's Honda, all in the last 2 years. I have dealt with all kinds of sales people in my life and there are absolutely NONE anywhere that compare to the folks at Turner's!!!!! It doesn't matter if you are paying cash, or financing, or not buying anything, they love to show you what they have. And, let me tell you, there is no sales person any better than Mrs. Virginia Wine. I have a new friend for life. If anyone is looking for any recreational vehicle, Honda's Turner is definitely the place to go!!!! They are never to busy to help you!!!!!

My family has been dealing with Turners Honda since Christmas 1984 when I received a 125M Three Wheeler and owned two additional four wheelers in the years to follow. Once I got my drivers license I thought my 'Honda Days' were behind me until I picked up a used 1994 VT1100C Shadow several years ago. I again returned to purchase parts and other goodies for my bike and have always had any service work down here as well. I can not say enough about the staff being the best, most friendly folks around. Mrs Virginia is the sweetest lady around and when my buddy wanted a bike, I sent him her way, and he was treated well and got a great 750 Shadow too.

I have been dealing with Turner's Honda since mid 2005. I have to say, EVERY TIME I have come in to the shop, I am greeted by super friendly people and always willing to help no matter what! Had an electrical issue today and Aron and a gentleman from service went out of their way to help me find the bug! I have been killing myself for a week trying to find the problem, a 15 minuet conversation with them and a 5 minuet check at home and found the problem! These are the type of people that you wish to run in to every time you go to a shop but don't get all the time. My hats off to you all!!!!!

After a couple of years of planning, I finally decided to tackle the Trans America Trail, which is mostly off-road across the United States. Instead of starting in Tellico Tn, I decided to ride my modified Honda XR650 from the Atlantic Ocean in the Outer Banks to the Pacific Ocean in Oregon. One problem. I live in Salt Lake City and I needed to find a Honda dealer in the vicinity of the Outer Banks to ship my bike to. I called Turners, and spoke with Jay. Without any hesitation he readily agreed to receive the bike, check it over and hold it for me. No charge. The shipper, Premier, was horrible in every possible way, and the delivery was literally delayed for a month. It was finally delivered the day before I was scheduled to depart. Even though the dealership was closed, Jay received the bike and I came in the next morning. Jay introduced me to everyone, showed me his motorcycle collection (including "the attic," and I prepared to leave. One problem: the bike wouldn't start. The service guys immediately dropped what they were doing and pitched in to figure out what was wrong. Turned out to be a jetting problem, which was fixed and I was finally on my way.with the good wishes of everyone at Turners. I completed the first leg of the trip, and returned home to Salt Lake, when I got a phone call from Jay checking up on me and asking how the trip had gone so far. Honestly, I have never had a warmer or more genuine experience at any store anywhere I have ever gone. I have read some of the other comments on this board, and I couldn't agree more. Bought my wife a 2014 Rebel and liked the experience so much that I bought myself a 2014 Shadow Spirit 2 months later. WOW is all I can say. The service you will receive is amazing. I purchased 4 recreational vehicels this year and a mower from them. The reason I keep going back is simply the way you are treated. From the moment you walk in it is warm and inviting and the staff is incredible from front to back. The Sales staff is outsatnding and will look out for you the whole way, the service department is first class for after the sale. To sum it all up there are so many choices and places to buy from brands and dealers etc. However i feel so comfortable here i wouldnt go anywhere else. I shopped at diiferent dealers on other brands and just didnt make me feel like it was te same experience. So if you want to buy from a class act then give them a shot you wont be disappointed.

WOW, I really do not know where to begin. Buying my Honda Fury from Turners Honda was the most satisfying experience I have ever had when it comes to purchasing any vehicle. Virginia is the sweetest, most competent sales persons I have ever encountered. Jay is extremely helpful, and willing to do anything to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. But, I do not want to forget the service department. When I took my bike in for the 600 mile service I was greeted by a very professional, courteous service tech. who gathered all the information he needed, asked me if there were any issues with the bike, and told me he would call when the bike was done, or if they found any problems. This was my eigth motorcycle purchase and by far the easiest. Virginia was excellent in helping me complete the purchase. I rode my Boulevard in on the day I bought my 2012 Gold Wing and I was worried about how to get it home. The owner said "no problem" and as I rode my Gold Wing home he followed me on the Boulevard. Top rate dealership that has a customer for life.

I have dealt with several dealers for Honda, Harley, and Indian. None have impressed me as much as these folks. Service department has bailed me out over the phone with free advice and help (not something most would do) and Tom found things that needed attention that other dealers have missed year after year since it was wrecked. These were issues that could have been disastrous (bent axel, missing bolt, etc.) The owner had someone drive me home vs a taxi (40 miles) and the prices on merchandise are better than on-line prices!! My bike has a new family for good. I own a 47 Knucklehead and a 38 Indian Chief, but drive a VTX 1300C to and from work, and experiences like this help dissolve and old "Japanese Rice Burner" mentality right away! You guys rock!

I have bought several bikes at Turners. My latest purchase a Rebel on the 1st of this Month (February 2012). I have never had any but the most dedicated, knowledgeable, helpful, and careing, experience at this dealership! No one at this dealership even knows anything except exceptional service and consideration. I am 73 years of age and during my lifetime I have never, at a motorcycle dealership or any other business known a more friendly and eagerness of dealer group to make your experience, whether buying or not, a lifetime enjoyable moment. I am hesitant to name any particular person as outstanding because I may inadvertently leave someones name off. Suffice it to say that all members of this dealership are experts in their profession and demonstrate this perfection and dedication in all dealings with their friends (More commonly known as customers). I recently moved here, and I was directed to Turner's Honda by a co-worker. I bought oil, and an oil filter, put "shades" on my riding lights, and had a riding light bulb replaced. The owner didn't charge me for anything but the oil, the filter, and the bulb. He said the labor was free as a "welcome to the neighborhood" gift. You just don't see much of that these days! Thanks, Turner's Honda!

After going to every Honda dealership in VA Beach and Newport News and not even being able to get straight answers about pricing and specs of the scooters we wanted to purchase, we called and spoke to Virginia at Turners. She answered almost every question we had over the phone and gave us a price as well. We went down that night (an hour drive) and they held the shop open late for us since we were coming so far. Virginia's service and dedication sold us that night. We purchased 2 Honda 110 scooters with all the accessories helmets and radios. The entire crew did everything they could down to a detailed demonstration of all the details we could ever want to know. I have never had such great customer service as we did at Turner's. The owners even took time to meet us. We didn't spend as much on the 2 scooters as he could have made on 1 motorcycle, but we were treated as if we just bought the most expensive bike in the shop. I can't say enough. They are our dealer for life... no matter how far away they are!

Turner's folks are so pleasant and they go all the way to make me a happy customer. And they know me by name and that makes it even better. I get all my service as well as custom work done here now. My wife and I purchased a Goldwing from Turner's in February 2009 and the experience was first rate. The sales experience with Virginia Wine was outstanding; she is a warrm and honest person. The owners, Jay and Charlene, and their staff, have been friendly and extremely helpful in my dealings with them. We have had one minor manufacturer's warranty issue since the sale and Turner's folks handled it superbly. We love our new Goldwing and are very satisfied Turner's customers!

I recently had a problem performing some upgrades on my VTX1300C. All of the service personnel attacked the problem as if it were their personal problem. Of particular help was Ms. Virginia Wine and Charlene. All I can start to say is I will only deal with Turner Honda. I purchased a 2008 Goldwing with ABS. Let start out by saying that Virginia Wine is a fantastic lady. She went out of her way to get me the bike and accesories I wanted. The mechanics are beyond words as they stayed way past closing to get my bike ready on thursday August 7th. The staff overall is absoluely wonderful. Jay ( im assuming is manager)made sure that I was ready to go. I felt very comfortable at Turners.No pressure to buy. I can't say anything bad about my experience. I thought about buying a Harley until i went to Turners, but after test riding the Goldwing and talking to Virginia there was no doubt i was buying my bike from them. I willl recommend Turners to any one who wants a bike.ALL I CAN SAY IN CLOSING IS VIRGINIA WINE AND TURNERS HONDA ROCKS!!!!!YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST.And yes I was a Harley man until now.

We were 300 miles from home vacationing at the Outer Banks. We started having a problem with our wing. I searched the phonebook to find the nearest Honda dealer. We were fortunate to find Turner's Honda in Elizabeth City. We took a chance that they would be able to check out our problem. Not having an appointment we drove up on Tuesday morning, I pulled into the parking lot as they were unlocking the door to open. They took my bike in and started checking out the problem. The staff there was very helpful and friendly, and being a stranger out of town that is truly a blessing. I would really like to thank everyone there especially Bryan the mechanic. In the past 7 months, we have bought 2 ATVs from Turners and got exactly what we wanted. I never even considered going anywhere else. Ms Virgina and Jay helped us get everything right and ready to go. I also bought an ATV in 1999 from Turners and it is still in perfect condition. My family has been buying all our Atv's from Turners for over 15yrs! If they don't have what you need they will bend over backwards to get it! Honda is number one so why not deal with a location that makes you feel like your number one! Im 42 and I still havemy first 3 wheeler, its a 1984 70cc and i still rns great,even with a million miles!

What first drew me to Turner Honda was their high rating on the internet. So I chose to take my ATV to them. And sure enough my experience at their Service and Parts Dept was really outstanding. Very professional and courteous folks. They were knowledgeable of the parts and service needed for my 2019 Rancher.
The technician, Tom did a great job in fixing the discrepancy on the ATV and his work was meticulously done. He took the time to explain to me the procedure to fix it. You can tell he is passionate and have pride of his work.
Jeremy at the parts counter was very helpful and professional too! Im very happy with my experience with Turner Honda!
